How it works

Three steps. Nothing to pay up front.

How it works

1

Enter your flight

Airports, airline, date and what went wrong. Our checker applies EU261, UK261, US DOT and Montreal Convention rules instantly.

2

See what you're owed

A clear answer: compensation amount per passenger, refund rights, care you were entitled to — and the exceptions airlines use to say no.

3

Hand it to a claim partner

For compensation cases we connect you to licensed no-win-no-fee firms that chase the airline, including in court. You pay nothing unless they win.

Why not claim directly with the airline?

You can, and for simple refunds you should — our checker tells you exactly what to ask for. For compensation claims, airlines reject a large share of valid requests citing "extraordinary circumstances" and bank on you giving up. Claim firms have the flight data to disprove that, escalate to national enforcement bodies, and sue when necessary. Their fee (typically 25–35% of what's recovered, only if they win) buys you that leverage.

How we make money

Partners pay us a referral fee when you start a claim or buy a product through our links. It never changes what you receive. We list partners we'd use ourselves and say so plainly on our affiliate disclosure page.
